Return and Exchange Policy
At Marrakesh Souk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange items under the following conditions.
Return Conditions
• Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service at the contact to obtain a return authorization.
2. Send the items to the same sending address.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the new item desired in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned items.
