Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ayouri.com (the "Site") and your purchases from Ayouri LLC ("Ayouri", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us
Ayouri LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Our products are handmade by our family and Moroccan artisans in our workshop at Jemaa el-Fna, Marrakech, Morocco, from where all orders ship.

2. Products
Our products are handmade, so small variations in color, texture, size, weight, and finish are normal and are not defects. We try to display our products as accurately as possible, but colors may look different on your screen. Product availability may change without notice.

3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, and we do not store your full card details. We may correct errors in pricing or product descriptions and may cancel and refund any order affected by such an error.

4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount you paid.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are part of these Terms. In summary: we offer free shipping worldwide on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, and most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Custom orders
We accept custom orders, such as custom sizes, colors, designs, or materials. Price, payment terms, and production time are confirmed with you by email before we begin work. Custom items are made specifically for you and are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was agreed in writing.

7. Wholesale orders
We offer wholesale pricing to approved retailers and businesses. To request wholesale terms, contact us at noufares@gmail.com. Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before an order is processed. Where those written terms differ from these Terms, the written wholesale terms apply.

8. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, address, email, and phone number. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including photos, text, logos, product designs, and graphics, is owned by Ayouri LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or security
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content without our permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or orders

11. Sanctions and restricted destinations
We do not sell or ship to countries, regions, or persons where doing so is prohibited by U.S. law, or where shipping is unavailable due to carrier restrictions or safety conditions. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, and are not ordering on behalf of anyone located in, a restricted destination.

12. Third-party services and links
The Site may use or link to third-party services, such as Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayouri LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayouri LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, any mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in effect.
