Shipping

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free standard shipping worldwide, shipped from our workshop in Marrakech, Morocco.

Will I pay customs or import duties? No. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are handled by us.

How long does an order take? Most orders are processed in 5 to 10 business days and then delivered in 4 to 6 business days, about 9 to 16 business days in total. Moroccan rugs are made to order and take 3 to 4 weeks to make before they ship, so they arrive in about 4 to 6 weeks.

Which carriers do you use? We ship with carriers including FedEx and Aramex, and you receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Returns

What is your return policy? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Please email us before sending anything back.

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover return shipping.

Can I return custom or made-to-order items? Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was agreed in writing.

Products

Are your products handmade? Yes. Our pieces are handmade by Moroccan artisans, so small variations in color, texture, and size are normal and part of each piece's character.

Do you make custom sizes or finishes? Yes. Contact us with your idea and we will confirm price, payment terms, and production time by email before we begin.

Do you offer wholesale? Yes, to approved retailers and businesses. Email us for wholesale terms.
